The Department implements effective Teaching – Learning methodologies and their Evaluation procedures as per the guide lines of JNTUH, AICTE, College Academic Council (CAC) and Department Advisory committee (DAC). Excellent infrastructural facilities and state of the art labs have been established
To support and guide the students for their progression mentoring and counseling methodologies are being implemented. Quality improvement programs like refresher courses, seminars, workshops and conferences are being conducted for Faculty, Technical Staff and Students. Various coordination committees have been formed to develop the leadership qualities both in faculty and students which proved to be very effective in the administration of the department.

EEE
TheEEE department has well equipped, state of the art, laboratories in the major areas of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and extends sufficient Computing and library facilities. The department has a strong Industry-University interaction and also offers testing and consultancy services.
The EEE department has a team of highly qualified and experienced faculty. With its excellent infrastructure, the department places emphasis on sound practical knowledge. The Department is steered by a well qualified and dedicated group of Faculty members imparting quality education to the students.
The Faculty and students participate in National conferences,workshops and publish many papers every year in reputed journals and National conferences. In order to improve the quality of man power, periodic training programmes are being conducted by inviting eminent personalities from Industry and Academic Institutions and sponsoring the Faculty for various Faculty Development Programmes.
In this endeavor the department will continuously develop knowledge and quality of staff, upgrade and create programme, laboratory facilities with recent technologies, revise the teaching program acquire adequate new equipment to keep abreast, contribute and progress in emerging technologies and committed for rendering the best service to the society.

H&S
The department of Humanities and sciences plays a vital role in grooming the students in their basic knowledge of science and language. The department is offering courses in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English. The department deals with Mathematics-I, Mathematics-II, Mathematics-III, Mathematical Methods, Probability & Statistics, Mathematical Foundations of Computer Science, Advanced Engineering Mathematics, Computer Oriented Numerical Methods, Chemistry, Environmental Studies, English, Business Communication skills and Soft skills training programmes with emphasis on personality development.
Mathematics and English subjects are offered to II, and III yr B.Tech students also. The curriculum of I B.Tech offers courses in Mathematics, English language, Physics, and Chemistry. As majority of the subjects offered to first year students are from H&S department, this department takes care of all the first year students along with catering to II, III yr subjects.
Being the supportive department, H&S plays a constructive role in development of the Organization. The department is strengthened by many Professors, Associate Professors in each subject of Mathematics, English, Physics and Chemistry.

For this reason the programmes should have more content, related to Humanities and Social Sciences. Science and Humanities plays a vital role in bringing out the students’ total personality to impart and enhance the advanced knowledge & skills and prepares them to meet the growing challenges of the industry and diverse societal needs of our nation.
Thus the objectives of the Department are:
